“Room not really clean. The floor in the bathroom was dirty.”

“The staff was very accommodating when we checked to see if we could extend our stay. They had availability and made changes so we didn’t have to change rooms. The pool was clean and refreshing. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. While we didn’t use the kitchen area very much other than to make coffee it seemed sufficiently stocked.”

“Well kept property with a fitness center and a restaurant, conveniently located on the ocean bus route.”

“When we first arrived, we were early. Decided to stop by just to get our names in and to see if we were able to park there to use the beach. The front staff were great! We were able to park and use the facilities to change for the beach. before we even made it to the beach, one of the front staff JJ, came out to our car to let us know that our room would be ready in 5 minutes. We were 4 hours early. it was wonderful. The hotel was clean, the room was clean and with a fantastic view of the Ocean.……

“The room keys didn’t work. The bathroom seat was loose. Not enough towels when swimming in the pool for everyone and the staff said they were going to get more but for over half an hour they didn’t. Still was not there when we left. Nobody was there for the beach chairs and had to have 4 different people go and ask about someone to open them. Again, another half hour wait. The restaurant food was not that good and my shrimp came out burnt. I had to return them. I was not impressed with this……
