"I specifically wrote a note about refilling the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and getting a pillow and when I came back to the hotel room the note was turned around and all the stuff I asked remained the same. I called the reception to get the refills so they gave me some during at night which is inconvenient. Also I checked the toilet trash can its not emptied and this is completely unacceptable. I paid this much amount for this room and I got this kind of service?"

"Excellent experience on check-in, with helpful and friendly staff. Location is excellent, especially if you’re looking for somewhere easy to navigate to, close to the station but a little less busy. Room was very spacious and had lots of amenities. Very happy and would stay again. "

"No soap for bathtub. Fine if you only took showers. No outlet next to bed. Made it challenging to use a Sleep CPAC machine. Water kettle in room but no mugs only glass tumblers. Room fridge was not cold at all. Location was excellent next to train station. "
