Al menos en esta temporada solo hay un restaurante funcionando, así que la oferta gastronómica es limitada. “Muy mala experiencia con este hotel. La habitación ya estaba reservada y pagada previamente a través de Expedia. Sin embargo, al solicitar un cambio de habitación en recepción, el hotel realizó el cálculo del nuevo costo sin tomar en cuenta el monto que ya se había pagado por la reserva en la plataforma. En lugar de considerar ese pago y cobrar únicamente la diferencia real, aplicaron su tarifa directamente en recepción y calcularon todo de forma independiente. Esto genera cargos que resultan……

“Nos hospedamos por una noche, deseando pasar una buena mañana. Desgraciadamente encontramos un insecto en la cama, toallas demasiado desgastadas, mala regadera. Lo peor fue al bajar a la alberca a las 8:30 am, parece que hubo fiesta un dia antes, toallas de alberca tiradas por todos lados, mesas sucias con servicios de un dia anterios, envases de Caguamas tirados y alberca muuuuy sucia. “La habitación está descuidada, no tiene donde colocar tus cosas como un ropero o cajonera, solo tienen dos divanes, las cabeceras pegan mucho con la pared, no te puedes mover o acomodarte porque pega mucho contra la pared de tablaroca que da al baño, en la noche todo oscuro fuera de las habitaciones, no hay iluminación.
