“Our inbound transportation wasn’t there due to misunderstanding on the hotel part even though we had called and exchanged few emails but they found a quick solution for us and it went very smoothly.
I would suggest to add some snacks (cookies, cakes, crisps, chocolate bars, etc .) at the bar and not only drinks to make it more convenient.”

“Booked superior seaview room and seaview window is at toilet which is higher than normal people eye level.
Double check if breakfast is included in the booking in hotels.com as the website offer two breakfast option with different price which is a bit confusing. Tried to contact hotel to confirm via booking website and official hotel email address a few time but no luck.”
“We .loved the hotel. Everyone was so welcoming……. We are an older couple and were treated with the utmost respect. The room is lovely so spacious and had a wrap around balcony. The bed was very comfortable and we could even sleep with all the doors open. We ate at the restaurant for two nights out of three and the meals were lovely. Staff was so helpful every single one of them. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Also the location was 10 out of 10. You could walk wherever you like.”
