"The hotel is newly renovated and kept in a good condition. Smart toilets and electronic curtain. The lobby is grand. My 23months son kept saying “so tall”. There are also birds and bunnies in the hotel to keep toddler entertained. The kids club is fun but crowded during peak time. The breakfast buffet has a good selection, but it’s repeating everyday…… The hotel is conveniently located right at the exit of subway, although it’s out of town and takes quite some time to travel to everywhere. There’s a children’s park nearby and a shopping mall across the park, where you can find good selection of restaurants. Food delivery is also convenient at the hotel and robots can bring up the food. The infant cots is way too low so not easy to use. However the sofa can be nicely converted to an infant bed. The hotel is quiet. The room aircon temperature sensor seems to be problematic though. Overall is quite satisfied. "

"This is one of the best hotels I stayed in. The expectations on a 5 stars hotel is high, and Sheraton Guangzhou took it further. Stayed in the club room, the services provided in the club lounge was spotless. Travelled with my elderly parents and coincidentally affected by typhoon Ragasa. The crisis management of the hotel was beyond expectations. Hotel staffs took great care of the guests, with more than expected selection of food in the club lounge, knowing that guests would not be able to travel out for dinner. The hotel gave us late check-out without asking because of my delayed transportation. Special mention to Jenny, who went the extra miles when I needed help with extended stay. For a 5 stars hotel, the high-quality hardware is expected. What makes it different from the rest is the service staffs, and Sheraton Guangzhou did just that to make it a league above the others!"
