“Wir haben in einem Neubau gewohnt. Die Zimmer waren toll. Das Personal in der Kinderbetreuung, Rezeption und im Restaurant waren super freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Da fühlt man sich wohl! Kleines Manko: die jungen Männer, die die Reinigungsarbeiten übernommen hatten, haben nicht immer ganz sauber gearbeitet. Auf freundliche Nachfrage wurden aber auch hier sofort und sehr nett Lösungen gefunden! Wir kommen gern wieder! Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Woche auf Usedom.”

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die UBB ist nach etwa 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, so darf das Auto auch gerne mal stehen bleiben. Ein Hinweis sei noch erlaubt, es werden vom Hotel kleine Pauschalen erhoben, die gerne vor Rechnungslegung erläutert werden sollten. ”

“Ich hatte einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt. Die Mitarbeiter waren in jedem Bereich sehr freundlich und die Zimmer und der gesamte Hotelbereich war sehr sauber. Das Essen am Abend im Restaurant war lecker und die Atmosphäre war unheimlich gemütlich. Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Im Wellnessbereich ist es sehr gut möglich nach der Sauna zu ruhen und zu entspannen. Die Bereiche sind schön hell und groß. Es gibt Tee im Ruheraum. Ich würde dieses Hotel immer wieder als Gast...
