The only complaint is that the shower drain was slow, and it never improved even after we advised. Otherwise, the location is good, next to Metro, tram stops, and the hotel is put together nicely. Breakfast has something for everyone, including a well-needed pair of coffee, cappuccino, latte grinding and brewing machines. Staff was professional and courteous. We would have no problem staying again.
