Good Staff, a bit dated but clean rooms, nice breakfast.

The property was exactly as described and very clean. The check in and check out process was very simple and communulication was spot on. Great location and quiet apartment area too.

We loved our stay at the Mamaison Andrassy Hotel. We were there for five nights on our first visit to Budapest and were greatly satisfied. The room was spacious with a balcony which made it even better with the open feel. The street was beautiful, the location was phenomenal, walking distance to heroes square and city park, and many other places. It was also right next to the metro station for easy access to other areas. The staff was very helpful the entire time. Daniel at the front desk was super friendly and so helpful, Monica at the restaurant was so sweet, and Jennifer the bartender was wonderful and went above and beyond every time we needed something, needed suggestions, etc. She had a wonderful attitude and was so friendly. The whole staff was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 😊

Our room was large and comfortable with a loft allowing for 2 separate sleeping spaces. Unfortunately, the full bedroom is upstairs making it a little challenging for older people at night. The staff was helpful with the check in and parking (for a fee) and the hotel is well located to the sites. We all enjoyed the breakfast which has an interesting urban garden view. We did not try the 'gym' which is a garden suite in the rear yard. It looked modern but small.

We stayed here last month and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location was excellent, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and cordial. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The breakfast was delicious, with a fantastic variety of options, and it was definitely worth enjoying at the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!
