“I spent 3 nights here at the Ranch house inn and the staff/owners were responsive to requests.
The pictures are accurate and I believe it reflects a relatively recent remodelling. Internet was fast and there was a common area with Keurig type coffee/amenities.
There is ample parking in the back. Since I used this as a staging ground for my weekend at the Grand Bend Motorplex, I appreciate how convenient exeter is. There was a dollarama down the street and restaurant options close by.

“Kitchen was well eqipped.
Staff member friendly and helpful.
Pool perfect temperature.
Great view.
Breakfast would have been nice if fresh melons, berries etc. were served.
Plain yogurts were needed too as everything was sweetened. I was thankful there were hard boiled eggs for protein.

“This was our first no reception check in. One of the reason we picked this motel was because of the year around hot tub. We were disappointed to read the in room motel rules saying it could not be used when there is no attendant at the desk. No attendant/no hot tub.”

“We absolutely loved our stay! The bed and breakfast is in a perfect location. It’s just a short walk to shops and restaurants, so we were able to leave the car and explore on foot. The hosts are wonderful! They’re so welcoming, friendly, and happy to answer any questions, which really helped us make the most of our visit.
