“We had a wonderful stay at the Kiwi with our little family. The one bedroom suite was cozy but perfectly supplied with all the amenities we needed, and located right next to the pool, which our kids loved. The staff were the most helpful that we’ve had even at larger resorts we’ve been to. “We liked the location and setting. The suite was very handy for the sitting area and breakfasts in. Beds were comfortable. The only off putting thing was the black mould in the shower. It is more of a ‘cottage feel’ suite- nice touches but not fancy. Nice little pool- emphasis on little. Very helpful cleaning lady, willing to please with extra towels, info etc. Gave 4 stars only because of black mould in shower which really should be fixed.”

“We waited for more than two hours to get the room as we were told hotel takes great pride in cleaning the room followed by a though checking by Manager. However we found there was lot of trash in the dustbin in the washroom including dirry empty glass bottles probably garbage from previous guests.. When feedback was provided to the front staff, they mentioned someone will reach out to address concerns. Nobody reached out and it is apparent they don't care.”
