“Gracious and welcoming hosts. We very much enjoyed our picnic breakfast , relaxing on the deck in the beautiful gardens. A great location, we were able to walk to the shops and to the park for the sunset Unfortunately our suite did not have a bathroom - I would not have booked a room without a bathroom so not sure how that happened. However there was a bathroom just outside our suite and no other guests so it was not an issue.”

“We received our room code ahead of time after asking for early check in days prior. Arrived for our reservation and immediately it was quite clear that we were not welcome there based on the first interaction. On site management has zero people skills. Not even a kind hello, let alone a “Welcome”. We were advised to return when the room was ready for check in, fine, but the on site “manager” behaviour was so absurd that we didn’t feel comfortable (or safe) to return to stay. We forfeited our……
