Room was very clean as well as living and dining room. Staff did excellent job to accommodate us and breakfast was very good. Exterior entry as well as the porch floor, swing and chairs were a mess with bird poo and a stack of cardboard on the porch made the entry unpleasant

The app is useless. Several links within the app crash or don't work at all. So we had to physically check in to obtain our keys. We had to return to the desk because only one key worked. The second set was intermittent when and what doors they opened. Pretty frustrating. The floor of the shower had what appeared to be black mold but I think it was just dirty and had not been cleaned properly. The handle on the shower door was loose as well as the shower door not shutting all the way so we had to keep a towel in the floor as to not slip on the tile. The wires from the TV were just hanging down. The blackout blind near the door wouldn't shut all the way due to a pipe running down the middle so we had glaring light all night into the room. The staff was super welcoming but for over $600 for two nights, this was not worth it at all.
