Very old motel, rooms are clean as you can get an older place. Bathroom linoleum coming up with ants running around. Hot water was lukewarm. For better than $100 per night you should expect something better.

Awful and expensive! This is my second visit, the first time was wonderful, so I booked again. The staff don't care, treat you poorly for using a service like hotels.com and will not help with booking errors. Pool lifeguards are teens that are more interested in staring at scantily clad girls than working, closed the pool 5 minutes early for no clear reason, allowed kids to do unsafe things, which the signage indicates are not safe and not permitted. For example 2 kids, age 8-ish, without parents around, asked to go down the 3 story waterside together (which posted signs said is not allowed), staff says, "you're not supposed to, but I really don't care." The rooms are in poor repair, I paid over $300 a night for a room with a bathroom door that would not shut. Event space blasts music which is loud inside our hotel room, and kept my kids awake until well past midnight. When I called the office, they said they would ask the event to turn down the volume, but nothing changed. Very expensive, poor repair, unsafe. I will NEVER return.
