Clinton Vacations from $612

Our one night stay was very nice. The hotel was clean and inviting. The bar area was small, but had friendly staff. Our particular room was arranged nicely where I could put on make-up and do my hair without being in the bathroom while my husband was showering. Ice was a short distance away and the A/C cooled properly.

Check in process was not bad. Exception was that parking was in a garage nearby. Felt very unsafe and little to no security. Fortunately we valet and was complimentary, the process was good. The garage did not feel very secure for personal safety and valuable in your cars or trucks. Rooms were clean and fairly nice. Only stayed the 1 night. Can't say anything bad about the rooms. Staff: most we encountered were very unprofessional, close to rude or not caring. There were a couple exceptions that were very friendly and helpful. They need to hire and train staff that do not exude an attitude of "not my job" or "you are being a bother". Plus they need to trained and be more knowledgeable of hotel policies and procedures. My wife asked a staff member Thursday night, if drinks and coffee were complimentary while playing games. She stated that they were not, and to go outside the casino to the Coffee Cafe and purchase her coffee or drink at the bar. Friday morning 10am, we came down again to play some and asked another staff member the same question and she stated that this was not the Casino policy and proceeded to ask if we wanted a drink. We declined, however, she did go out of her way to get us a cup of coffee. Casino: Friday morning 11am, 1 blackjack table open. Hardly any customers. A member of their own staff even suggested that we go check out L'Auberge Casino nearby and that the place was better. We have no plans to ever return.
