“This is an old one story motel where you park in front of your room. It is not fancy but the room had a recent coat of paint and was very clean including the non carpeted floor, the bed was comfortable, the refrigerator and microwave worked great as did the air conditioner. Towels were all new and fluffy. It's next to a city park and a walking / biking trail that is a wide concrete path that follows a creek for 3 miles or so, very well maintained and safe.
