“The complementary breakfast every morning was very good! Lots of choices and some of the mean hot items were changed up each day. Everyone at the desk was very friendly and inviting. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly!”

“There wasn't any food or drink available in the mornings. No food or coffee. The baseboard heater in the bathroom was rusty. The showerhead wasn't reachable by anyone shorter than about 5'10". There wasn't a place to work in or near the lobby. So with two people with laptops, only one could work at a time at the desk in the room. The towels were tiny. There was one bar of soap for both the sink and the shower. There was only one plastic cup for a room with two beds. They charged $20 for pets,……

“Very impressed with this hotel. Close to the city and close to restaurants. The best thing about our stay was the comfy beds. The staff and breakfast was a close second.”

“Obviously, long-term rentals, and the associated problems with that. Woken up constantly overnight by people, walking past the window, talking, swearing, and being obnoxiously loud. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. The room stank like stale cigarettes like an old smoked in pub, the bathroom floor has a stain of something right in front of the toilet, and the carpet which was very old had multiple stains throughout. Again, it was not a good experience and I highly recommend avoiding this……

“Hot tub was hot hot hot and pool way too cool. Other than that it was great.”

Originally, I called the hotel’s direct reservation line to book a room. Agent told me there was only one room available and it would be $400. I had looked on Expedia and saw the same room for $300.
