“When I booked, the property had a pool. It was empty. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast, which there was not. He heater did not work in our room and we froze. The light bulb in main bathroom area was burnt out. There was no hangers in closet to hang our clothes. There was no coffee pot. The carpet was very dirty and not vacuumed.
