“Tv was broken, mattress was stained, carpet was peeling off the ground. The elevator didn't have the weight or inspection in it, never seen that before, breakfast was not available but given the other reviews thay may have been a blessing. That being said, it wasn't dangerous, nothing bad happened to us,”

“The front desk help did not know their job, they put us in a room already occupied. Did not tell us that we had to ask for housekeeping. The brkfst was dismal, the luggage cart had a flat tire. Also, after a long hot day, we went to our room and discovered our cards had been deactiated, had to go back to the desk where the front desk clerk reactivated them. I also saw another guest with the same issue. The hotel is not cheap, but single ply toliet paper and tissues? Really, If I was……

“Staff were great; a full hot breakfast. They are talking about doing renovations soon, and that will make the place top-notch. I stayed a whole week while scouting places to live around Helena. I recommend it, but ask for a room facing away from the highway, as road noise can be a concern for some, like me.”

“We stayed for two nights. Didn’t utilize any amenities while we were there except breakfast. I liked that breakfast was served until 10am. My only complaint was that the bathroom floor was not mopped well. Water from the walk in shower was splashing on the floor by the door, when I used a towel to wipe up the water, the towel was pretty dirty, telling me that the floor hadn’t been mopped well. Other than that the room was clean, no other issues. This hotel is close to multiple restaurants and……
