“I can’t complain overall, the staff was very friendly, my room was clean, the location was very convenient with the airport being basically across the street. Parking was a pain, but that’s only because half of the parking lot was unavailable due to it being resurfaced, it just is what it is and honestly, I appreciate the hotel, taking care of their property including the condition of their parking lot.”

“The entire staff was like family. Quiet. Clean. Me amazingly soft beds. Laminated floors, so bring slippers. Tiny bit outdated, but that keeps the cost down. Very safe. Personalized water bottles too make you feel welcome coming and going. Big TVs. Cold refrigerator and freezer BEDS ARE TALL. If YOU aren't, they have stools with railings to help you. Parking lots will lit. Outside pool looked very clean. BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST!!!”

“This was a terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs. I booked the room and everything was worse than expected and photographed. If you book this hotel then you are doing this at your own risk. The entire hotel has an odor that is wicked. I assume from the carpets. We had to move rooms because a spider was crawling on my son laying in bed and the odor and filth was unbearable. The second room’s odor (BO) was less offensive than the first room. “I made my reservation and paid in advance for my stay MONTHS before my arrival date. Two days before my arrival they cancelled my reservation. I called and talked with the manager who said she would look into it and call me back. I must have sent 3 messages following up and not one was responded to. Left a message saying that since I did not hear from them I would be there on my planned arrival. I was literally traveling all over Canada and the US and my plans were not easy to adjust at that……
