“This was a convenient place to stay. Be prepared to have the train let you know it is near you during daylight hours. The property is very nice, the morning breakfast is great and check-in/check-out was very easy.”

“Loud, rooms dorty, utilities did not work properly. Lock on door was loise and didnt work. Noah at the front desk was extremely rude and came across as transphobic for repeated misgendering. He also tried to cancel our reservation on us. Do not reccomend. Do not recommend Tricities area at all.”

“I stayed at this property 3/19/2026 for one night not knowing it is being remodeled. If you have sensitivity to strong odors, which I do, I would avoid until the remodel is complete. I believe it was adhesives that were affecting my eyes, nose and gave me a migraine. If you don’t have sensitivity to odors it’s probably not an issue. We have stayed here many times because the location is next to a very nice park by the river and it has always been a good experience. Once the remodeling is……

“The hotel is wonderful, they are welcoming and kind at check in and check out. The ONLY thing that I wish was different is that they did not have an elevator and I was on the second floor. It's just an older hotel so that happens.”
