“The room was clean; staff were friendly. The pool area looks nice and is clean, but is useless as the pool is not heated and the pool room is glass and not insulated well. So the pool is way too cold if it’s not summer, so it’s useless most of the year. The hot tub wasn’t heating. The room was clean (room 122) but did not have features expected in a BW Plus level hotel. There was no hair dryer, the TV was so small you could hardly see it from the second queen bed. Only one queen could see it.……

“The property is an old Holiday Inn with a filled in swimming pool inside. The room I had was clean nice and roomy . The bath had older fixtures that all worked well. The tv was a little small. The furniture had some bumps and scratches, two of the lamp lights did not work properly. It was a 2 and a half star facility at a very good price. My feeling is that they are refurbishing this facility incrementally and need to build a client base to help in the cash flow to bring it up to standard. No……
