“This is a great small chain we had not heard of before. It has everything a bigger chain does (minus the “extras”—like a pool or workout room, which we didn’t need). The only reason we give it a “good,” is because the tubs are very slippery (yes, my husband slipped and fell), and when I mentioned it to the staff, she said they are aware and it is their cleaning products. So, perhaps there needs to be a change in those, or travelers remember to put the bath mat IN the shower for stability.”
