“When we came to check-in, the person on duty said he couldn’t give us the king size room we booked thru Expedia because a customer has asked to be put next to their friend’s room but they were coming the next day. So he gave us a dbl queen rm. The following night, there was so much noise in the hallway by our room close to 11pm. When I popped my head out the door, it was one of the front desk clerks yelling profanities about kids to allowed to leave the room. Needless to say, we barely slept……

“First impression was Very positive... the receptionist that was working during my arrival receives 5 stars in my opinion. This is how I and all guest should be greeted when arriving at a hotel. She was friendly, outgoing, professional and informative. Now on the negative. 1.- The mattresses are definitely due for an upgrade as well as the chairs in the lobby that when you sit down, you practically sink down about a foot. 2.-Continental breakfast is misleading. A couple of microwave……
