"We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s place. The house is absolutely beautiful, fully renovated, and everything feels clean and fresh. It’s so peaceful by the water, which made the whole trip really relaxing. The theater room was awesome, such a fun space to hang out. Josh was a great host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. You can tell he cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. We’d definitely stay again."

"This place calls itself a Yacht Club??? What a Joke!! When we arrived our keys were in lock boxes cause they don't have on site staff after 5pm. The doors do not have dead bolts, slide bars, or chains. We did not feel safe at all. Never been to a hotel that didn't have a dead bolt or chain on their door. The restaurant had a sign on the door "permanently closed". There were no cars at all in the whole parking lot, it seemed like the place was abandoned. There were no other guests there yet room...
