“The house was beautiful and spotless. Beds were extremely comfortable. Views were amazing! Sunday River is less than a 5 minute drive. The home was warm and the fireplace and hot tub warmed us up after a cold day skiing. I hope I will be able to stay here again in the future.”

“Stayed to snowmobile with wife and 2 kids. Location is great as it is located about a 1/4 mile from downtown Erroll (food and gas). Unit as described. All ssytems work perfectly, and the shower is amazing ( Renai on demand wayer heater and greatbshower head). Host is super responsive. Trail 19 is about 700 feet from the cabin. Great value.”

“I cannot recommend this place enough. The host Kate was delightful and ahead of every single detail. It was fully stocked with spices, laundry detergent, paper towels and all the games you could imagine. It was cozy and comfortable for our group of 12. The finishes in the home were beautiful, the perfect mix of lake house meets modernity. The hot tub was splendid, the BBQ worked great and all guests were happy. We will be back and could not recommend this place more. ”

“Host was welcoming and very responsive. The property was very clean and the perfect size and layout for our family. Being Christmas we brought more than we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked and even had some holiday decor, which was a nice touch. Even have dog bowls for the pups! This is perfect place for a family of skiers. It was about 15 minutes from Sunday River. The home itself is warm and has a good flow to it. Plenty of beds and places to hang out. The kids loved the……

“Perfect charming farmhouse for a big group. 5 generous bedrooms. Multiple common spaces to spread out in. Very warm. Everything we needed. Not overdone; retains much original charm. Right on the lake and a short drive to skiing. We had a great time”
