“Basic clean hotel , no free breakfast terrible pool area . Pictures on Expedia indicate that they have a water park on property but it is actually down the street and have to pay for it . drinks inside the hotel bar were some of the worst drinks I have ever had in my life .. staff was super friendly though nice hotel if you want a simple place to stay”

“I have a soft spot for antique hotels. The energy and architecture. The unique rooms and stories. Eagle Mountain is one of my favorites. And it’s priced well below what I would expect. Our stays here are always great, and it’s not just pet friendly, it’s pet welcoming. Can’t wait to come back.”

“Loved the pool and natural surroundings. Staff was friendly. Our room was very dated and in need of update. Patio door difficult to operate. Television did not work, no signal. Maintenance tried to fix but I don’t think there was a fix to it. Did not like the Murphy bed setup. No headboard to sit up in bed to read, watch tv. No end tables by the bed. We just felt this was a strange setup. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.”

“大堂很复古，不过老酒店就是这样的。虽然服务人员们没有穿工作制服，但是服务态度都很好，酒店是木质结构，所以隔音效果不理想，木质楼梯走起来有咯吱声，住在楼梯旁边的卧室会受影响。暖气很给力，特别是在滑雪的季节。酒店后院有滑冰和滑雪的场地，还有设备租赁服务，比较周全。早餐很丰富美味。他们餐厅也有提供晚餐的餐厅（不免费），但是我们没有吃。总之这是一个很不错的度假村，有安静祥和的度假氛围。”

“If they send you a 10 digit number and a blanked out email, the 10 digit number is the contact phone number and it is not the one on the website. There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered. Otherwise, they were quick and prompt to resolve any issues, cottage was clean, beds were comfy, blankets were very warm, bathroom is tiny……
