“The well equipped kitchenette provides microwave, 2 electric range tops & a spacious apartment fridge including ice maker plus a separate sink & paper towels all well designed & out of the way for a useful food preparation area; As usual Anna was friendly & efficient on checkin & Ace handled checkout smoothly with a courteous attitude.”

“I honestly hate leaving poor reviews, but I don't believe I have ever stayed somewhere quite this bad. The pool smelled terrible, and we ended up not using it. The room was disgusting, the bedspread had very interesting stains, and the mattress cover had huge brown stains all over it. The sheets themselves were clean. Bother the desk chair and the "comfy" chair were also extremely dirty. The towels were stained. The door was missing half of the safety lock, and I had to pick up the entire door……

“My wife and had a 3rd floor room. This is the second time we have stayed there within a 2 month period and the elevator was still broken. Our room had no remote for the TV and also only a half of roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Really only positives was the staff being helpful and nice and bed was comfortable. We will not stay here again until the elevator is fixed or we are able to get a first floor room.”
