“Spectacular place! The hunting lodge unit was so comfortable, wonderfully decorated and well appointed! The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and delivery a lovely homemade breakfast in the morning. The wifi was awesome, my husband was thrilled! The setting is so beautiful, lovely gardens and a few sheep out the back windows. The area is set in the wine country and is super quiet and peaceful. I wish we had booked more days! Make your reservations, you will be SO glad you did! ”

“it was the best property by far clean good size rooms thought of everything you may not have such as basic salt pepper sugar tea coffee and filtered great views nice walk to see all the boats great pub called THE JOLLY ROGER down there very relaxing lots of fun on the pool table great lounge where you could mix with others large screen lots of games books could not ask for more it would be very hard to find any fault we loved it only wish we has booked longer great place”

“We had a busy day so we called in to say that we'll arrive late and the hotel did wait up for us till 10pm, appreciated!! The room is very big and there are lots of TV channels to watch for. The people there were very helpful and SUPER nice. Definitely will go back again.”

“Magnificent but quirky place in the centre of town sandwiched between a 24hr petrol station and a parade of shops, with an eclectic mix of décor and styles. Rooms are in old strongrooms which is slightly disconcerting 😉 but can't be faulted on comfort, facilities and quietness (super quiet a/c unit). Breakfast was a basic continental style but perfectly adequate. You are very much on your own after 8pm with a dedicated hotel guest l entrance but the complementary port makes up for that!!”

“Although the reception is not opened for 24 hours, the duty staffs were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the ferry terminal, it is still OK because Picton is safe even we needed to walk in the darkness between the terminal and the hotel. In addition, two supermarkets are not far away. I will choose this hotel again if I come back especially the room rate is reasonable. ”
