“I've stayed here many times, and this time it was truly disappointing... their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available... on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...”

“Booked with Expedia. Hotel wants cash only 1,500 PH peso depsit. They won't take credit card. At checkout, they don't give you your deposit unless ask for it. 15 minutes walk to malls. No ice machine, have to get it at restaurant 1st floor. Air-conditioning is window unit so a bit noisy. Staff were courteous. Beautiful scenery of lake, pool neighborhood homes. Overall it was a bargain. Would come back again. ”

“The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable. Too hot with no windows with a big faucet in the room. This is the area where the bad smell is coming from. We did……
