Room had a damp smell and we had to ask staff to empty the fridge, as it was full of someone else's food including half a packet of smelly meatballs. "The staff were very friendly and understanding to us as non-Swedes there for Midsommar. Rooms were clean, plenty of dishes, washing machine worked (no dryer, line dry); shower good quality though a little tight on space; dishwasher and fridge worked very well. We had a miscommunication about the need to "book" a breakfast spot when breakfast is an option, but they quickly accommodated us and we were grateful. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again."

"Cold room, unable to adjust temperature. Staff just say: sorry. Single beds sliding apart. No amendments like bathrobe or slippers at the room. Should be minimum at a spa hotel. Staff seems a bit disconnected and not super helpful. Breakfast, no eggs left. No frequent refill. Old rooms, old and weared interior, with nasty stains on alomost all furnitures. Not clean and broken stuff in the rooms. "
