“We were treated horribly by Casino staff because my husband walked in carrying a backpack, which they allowed him to do, we walked right by security going in. Then as we walked out he was yelled at and cursed by security. It was unreal. Horrible experience. We go to this area annually but will never return.”

“Overall enjoyed the stay. Would recommend a king size bed in the upstairs master bedroom, a new bed in the main level master, and a bed be put in the basement bedroom instead of a futon. The water pressure for flushing toilets was not good and there was a sewage smell coming out of the hot tub drain. Parking was a little precarious and dangerous backing up and turning around on a hillside, also getting into the driveway was difficult even will 4wD we were spinning tires.”

“Nice house to spread out in with our family. A little stingy on necessities-only 1 roll of TP per bathroom, no hand soap, no garbage bags. Also advertised as 3 FULL baths, when in fact it is 2 1/2. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and would return! ”

“There wasn't a clear pathway to get to the house. It was all covered with several inches of snow on a steep treacherous incline. In addition there were dozens of dead bugs on the windows sills. I had to clean the dead bugs on the living room and kitchen. Maintenance came Saturday morning to clean the bedrooms. The WI-FI didn't work, even after they reset the router. They offered to send a second tech on Sunday when we were leaving.”
