“Overall I will not be coming back to this resort, also not sure if I would recommend it. The staff was friendly for the most part. The food was probably my favorite part about it. The decor was nice, the beach was beautiful. But it was very small, not much to do, no swim up bar, only one pool for everyone, very little liquor choice, especially if you’re not a VIP.
In our room, the floor felt dirty, and the swim up pool in the back was dirty, I had asked for them to clean it and it was not……

“It was amazing the place...Great staff, great entertainment group and overall a great place.....the place is not to big, not to small..Just right...the vibes were good for all.parties..
The Buffet was good
One thing possible to fix, were the la carte restaurants..Although the cuts of meats were ok, I feel they can do better. But the Italian restaurant was great.”

“Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information.
My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay.
Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.”
