“Ein schönes Hotel in einem abgelegen ruhigen Ort. Wo man die Seele ruhen lassen kann. Essen gab es reichlich und viel Abwechslung.”

“I was there for 4 days. All the amenities closed early. It was NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. The staff was NOT that friendly. I ate breakfast all 4 days and NO ONE spoke to me or helped me until the last day. Kayra was friendly and helpful. The other staff members need to take notes from him.”

“Overall very bad experience Terrible service in general specially at reception. Food quality bad except for a couple of dishes. Very limited drinking options, only one white wine and one red wine of terrible quality, except for the beer the rest was cocktails where very bad. Room cleaning very good and the attention from the person who cleaned it also very good. The attention at the front desk was the worst, terrible attitude and almost no English, which makes the check-in and check-out process……
