"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

"We had a room on the top floor, which required climbing several flights of fairly narrow stairs. The entry, lounge, breakfast room and stairwells all feel rather dated. The continental breakfast (after 1st October) was disappointing (orange juice tasted off and pain au chocolat in a packet was not good). Having said that, it was included in the price and there is a 20% voucher for their excellent cafe on North Parade. The room itself, was clean, modern and tidy, with tea coffee and milk provided. The room was warm, as was the bath and shower when required. Overall, we felt it was good value for money. It has the added advantage of being very near the front and not far to walk to the centre's places to eat and drink."
