“The rooms were very nice and the staff was very friendly and easy to contact. The hotel was up in the mountains and far away from every where. Nothing is in waking distance. They were doing construction on the outside of the building while we were there. The neighborhood boys would come to the basketball court early when they were out of school and you could hear them, so there's no sleeping in on the weekends or early evening hours naps. The check in process for me was not so good due to……

“Our absolute favorite part of being in Jamacia was staying in the Dragon Fly Cottage hosted by Geneva and her husband Shawn and their three sons. Everyday Geneva would cook a fantastic breakfast and dinner, served hot and after the meal would take the dirty dishes away. Right off our deck was avocados, jackfruit, all spice, papaya as well as a mango tree just down the path. The view was amazing. The rain on the tin roof, the treefrogs singing, the multiple hummingbirds and geckos made every day……

“Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in.”
