“羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。”

“Room didn’t look like the pictures and the air conditioning made horrifically loud noises in the middle of the night that kept us awake. Also, very unsecured building clearly as my wife was accosted with someone demanding entry to the unit, even blocking the door from closing. Wrecked our trip entirely. Management attempted to help but in the end, deflected. Fair enough, offered to move us but two days later and exhausted, made no sense. Won’t go back ”

“Overall, a very great stay! The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect. The laundry service was ok, the clothes did not dry very well however we air dried it in the room and that worked for us! There is also a heated drying rack in the bathroom that worked well. Air conditioning was good and staff were very prompt with responses. Our shower drain was slow the first night and they took care of it the next morning. Only negative would be check in took a bit longer than we would’ve……

“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”
