Our friends had rented the Bear Rocks community center for a get-together, so we decided to stay nearby—and it ended up being the perfect choice. “I’ve stayed multiple times now. Very clean and comfortable. Host is always quickly available and helpful and pleasant. Pet friendly with big yard. Kitchen very well stocked. Modern appliances. Coffee, pods, sugar provided. Plenty of towels, blankets, throws. Air conditioning/kitchen ceiling fan, table fan. In a neighborhood and pleasant small town with restaurants. Good access to highways. Nice neighbors, yet privacy. Overall a very pleasant place to stay instead hotel. I really liked staying……

“Air conditioning didn't keep upstairs cool. Air conditioner in queen size bedroom didn't seem to be working. Tried to open windows, but didn't have screens on some of the windows. Upstairs smelled like urine. Registered for 6 guests, but only had 5 bath towels. Listing stated shampoo and soap supplied - had 1 small "hotel size" shampoo. Had to buy toilet paper as only a couple of rolls were supplied. ”

“The property was clean and well-kept, and very stylish! The hosts had impeccable communication and even had a welcome guide complete with how to operate their fancy thermostat! Pet-friendly, and our dogs loved the back area for walks, even if they weren't so fond of the open staircase! If you are a lighter sleeper, the front bedroom does have some noise from the road in front the house on Friday nights, but it wasnt bad after I got off to sleep. ”

“I absolutely LOVE this rental. Seriously, probably one of the best I’ve stayed at as far as cleanliness and comfort. And we’ve stayed in rentals annually for a decade. The house is in a quaint little neighborhood and super inviting pulling up. Communication from the owner prior to arrival made check in a breeze. Kitchen was equipped with water, coffee and snacks which was great after a long day of travel and attending events. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and well kept.……
