ANCIENT MILL OF THE XVIIIth century and HUNTING PAVILION in a large 9 hectare property, river and pond, completely independent.
Group composed of 2 buildings, on 320 m² and a capacity of 12 people (5 bedrooms) -
Calm and rest in a 9 hectare property in the middle of a forest at the gates of the Loire Castles.
Many garden equipment (table and chairs, armchairs, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, etc.) are available to tenants. As well as volleyball net, badminton, table tennis and pétanque balls.
Large indoor and outdoor tables for convivial meals. Fishing authorized in pond of 1 hectare.
No joint ownership: absolute tranquility. The village is 2 km away.
Cultural curiosities: Castles of La Bussières at 7 km, Briare at 18 km, Gien and its castle at 14 km, that of sully sur Loire at 35 km.
Sancerre and these vineyards 40 minutes by car.
Cleaning is optional for a rental up to 3 days (110 €) or 4 days and more (150 €). The cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit if the house is made very dirty. A deposit of 1000 € will be requested upon booking. It will be returned to you once the outgoing inventory has been checked.

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend en famille. Très bonne communication avec Marie . Les enfants avaient tout pour être heureux. Mais l'entretien de la maison et le ménage mériteraient d’être revus. Vaisselle sale à l'arrivée...( ménage compris dans le prix !) Mais il faisait beau , on a pu vivre dehors ...on a presque oublié le reste .

Une super weekend entre amis !
Nous avons passé un tres bon weekend. La communication avec Xavier et Marie pour l'entrée et la sortie était pafaite. La maison est spacieuce, les exterieurs sont agréables et bien entretenu. Nous avons pu profiter du barbecue, de la table de ping pong, de la barque pour le lac... on reviendra avec plaisir :)

Nous avons passé le week-end de la Pentecôte en famille dans cette propriété : la maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et très agréable (à l'intérieur, babyfoot, livres et jeux pour les enfants. Un lieu magique et nature
La propriété est assez incroyable, un parc dans la foret, avec des points d'eau, au calme, idéal surtout aux beaux jours. L'intérieur est chaleureux, avec du cachet (poutres, cheminées etc.), adaptés pour 5 couples/familles (2 chambres avec lits doubles sont accolées et il faut passer par l'une pour sortir de l'autre). Au moment de notre passage en tout cas, tout est super bien équipé au niveau notamment de la cuisine, rien à apporter niveau matériel, condiments, épices etc. Malgré quelques petits soucis techniques (chaudière à réamorcer, gazinière en fonctionnement intermittent sur la fin) nous avons pu échanger avec le propriétaire et une autre personne. Petit bémol, mais cela dépend surement des périodes : le ménage et la propreté générale au moment de notre arrivée n'était pas tip top

Un week-end inoubliable au vert chez Xavier
Nous avons fêté les 30 ans d'une amie et nous souhaitions trouver un endroit tranquille et au vert. Nous n'avons pas été déçus ! La maison de Xavier est très agréable et le cadre est superbe : un grand jardin, un étang avec une barque, un bout de forêt, un cours d'eau : tout est réuni pour se sentir en lien avec la nature et profiter pleinement de moments entre amis (grande pièce à vivre, grande tablée, grand frigo, table à manger extérieure). La maison est rustique et pleine de charme et elle a l'avantage d'avoir plusieurs chambres doubles, ce qui est pratique quand on est plusieurs couples comme c'était notre cas. Xavier a été très réactif et Marie, avec qui nous avons fait l'état des lieux d'entrée et de sortie, a été très sympathique. Je recommande vivement !

Vacances dans un cadre charmant !
Semaine de vacances très agréable dans cette très belle propriété arborée et bucolique. Terrasse très agréable pour partager des repas en famille si la météo est clémente. Beaucoup de sites intéressants à visiter autour d'Adon dont l'Arboretum National des Barres, le pont canal de Briare et de nombreux châteaux.

Un cadre magnifique au cœur de la nature
Nous avons passé des vacances en famille très agréables au moulin de Talot. La nature y est belle et riche à observer entre le héron, le Martin pêcheur et les animaux qui vivent dans la rivière. Tout y est reposant ! Nous avons également pu profiter des nombreux jeux présents sur place (balade en barque sur l’étang, badminton, jeu de pétanque, Ping pong), mais aussi bizarrement de la cheminée en plein mois d’août :) Toute la famille s’est régalé. Merci à Marie et Lydie qui nous ont accueilli également !
