Adoramos a nossa hospedagem neste Hotel. Excelente atendimento pelos funcionários da Recepção, Prédio charmoso, rodeado por muitas plantas, excelente atmosfera e em frente ao Rio! Os quartos são muito amplos e confortáveis (soubemos que serão reformados nos próximos dias e, com certeza melhorados ainda mais). Estacionamento excelente e com possibilidade de ir ao Centro de Amboise à pé, em uma curta caminhada, o que foi ótimo! The rooms have classic furnishings, high ceilings and give you a great feel of period living. It’s walking distance to all attractions. La chambre est spacieuse, literie confortable Dîner au restaurant un peu décevant malgré de jolis plats proposés dans le menu Prestige. Dîner d’anniversaire pour mon conjoint, bougies oubliées malgré un mail de rappel et un contact téléphone en sus. C’est dommage et cela n’a pas semblé vraiment dérangé la serveuse. Point fort, le petit déjeuner et le gentillesse du service Hôtel très bien placé et très calme. The breakfast buffet was not great. They charged 22 euros, but quality was not good. For example, selection was not good and scramble eggs tasted like soggy. Comparing price and food didn’t match. Very romantic. Property grounds are lovely. Buildings are showing their age, but that's part of the charm. Due for renovation in Jan '25\. Staff was professional & helpful. The room was well appointed spacious and quiet. The hotel facilities were excellent. The reception staff were attentive and always available. The on-site restaurant served excellent food in the evening. There was a swimming pool on-site which was open, although unheated when I was there but that was not a problem at all for me. The area is beautiful, and the building itself has great potential. The rooms and bathrooms need a lot of work, and the AC and heater require significant improvements.
