Upon arrival and checking in, the staff member at the front desk did not notify us about the Wi-Fi. Did not inform us of continental breakfast. Did not give us any information in regards amentis or anything the hotel offers. In the room the faucet was loose, the shower door was not leveled and unhinged, crashing against the tile. The furniture was coming apart and we found a roach roaming around the sink on our toothpaste and toothbrushes. We asked for 2 cappuccinos, which were not included in the continental breakfast, and it was a charge of $25 for two coffees. I think that's ridiculous. When we needed to talk to the supervisor or the general manager on duty, there was none on duty. I've never seen a hotel who doesn't have a supervisor or a general manager on duty. All the time.
