"I would say it is a very family-friendly hotel. The animation team was excellent and did a great job entertaining the children. The only disappointment was that the hotel was advertised as offering a “full-service spa”, while in fact there was no operational sauna or any other steam room facilities. ..."

"Nous avons quelques déboires (chauffe eau en panne, le climatiseur d'une chambre en panne, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, ascenseur en panne, machine à café en panne) qui ont été résolu rapidement.
