“What an amazing week we had! We stayed in the two bedroom suite and our experience couldn’t have been better. The amenities in the room and the hotel were perfect. Super well spacious, perfect for our family and it was hard to leave that place! The best of all was Nita, who maintained our room sparkling clean and tidy when we would come back from the parks to a relaxing evening. Nita and Chris went above and beyond when they found out it was my little one’s birthday celebration trip and we came……

“要玩亞斯島,住這邊就對了,還依據人數面費贈送門票,我們吃了早餐和晚餐,晚餐當場和飯店加訂也是很容易有座位和住房優惠。走路可到華納兄弟樂園,要到其他的樂園就要請飯店叫一下計程車比較快。 入住飯店時,我們在前往飯店的計程車上遺漏一了一件行李,裡面有小朋友的遊樂器材,感謝現場服務人員kayla、christine、elizabeth等人的協助,用電話幫我們溝通計程車送回,有被收合理的計程車送回車資,但行李對我們來說才是最重要的,物品也都沒遺漏, 滿分的飯店,餐飲和服務人員,推薦大家來入住。”

“Almost no hot water supply. The sanitary fittings are loosed. The water flow rate is extremely low. The washing machine was not working. Air-con is also not really you can control the temperature. This is the hotel you should try and other 3-star hotel you will find them nice. Extremely disappointed and swear to God will not come back again”
