Old and very dirty rooms. I got non smoking but it smell cigarette all over, towels not clean and bath water smell diesel which tells you clearly that their water heater system is bad. Only location is good. Also no elevator to the basement

It was not a good experience overall! Didn’t get any of the VIP perks we even got a call on the morning of check out to remind us that we had to leave (which I found very rude) when they had sent us an email to let us know that we could benefit from late check out. Overall I wasn’t impressed for a 5 stars I don’t think I will ever go back and this is not a place I’d recommend either.

Staff was friendly, there was music going on 24 hours just down outside my room window, I complained twice, but nothing was done about it, then I was offered another room just before morning, which I declined cus it was only three hours left for my meeting,they should remove that music speaker which is not entertaining at all rather disturbing.

Bad experience from the start. Very difficult to get assistance with luggage. Room was freezing and the carpets were all dirty. No room service menu, had to call to get one. They brought up a card with a QR code on it, but QR code didn't work properly, had to call again, and they said oh yes, QR code doesn't work sometimes. Finally brought up a menu (why not just leave one in the room...). Then major problems paying for dinner as they don't bill to room and don't take all major credit cards. Pretty much a disaster of a stay.

I like the space of the room and amenities, the close proximity to various dining amenities. Was promoted to suite but the view of the room was not good as I was supposed to get a Pool view. Also, there was no sound privacy as I hear the next room talking, besides I could hear all the music came from the lobby.
