“Where should I start All front office person thinks they are better class then customers never smile or greet customers once they see you coming pretend they are busy in computers and on my check out security person wants to know did we provide 5 star service, My answer was after 3 weeks staying I am moving to new hotel, He walk away and did not even bother to open door when I exit the hotel. “Zimmer war sauber. Kleinigkeiten die repariert gehören wie z.B. Vorhänge konnten nicht richtig geöffnet werden oder die Steckdoseund Lichtschalten im Bad. Die Poolanlage ist wirklich sehr schön und auch beheizt. Strand ist okay. Essen war sehr lecker. Das Personal immer hilfsbereit. ”
