Alaska SeaLife Center Tours

We liked the surrounding area and we came for the fishing, which was great. Lot's of areas including hike-in and then fish as long as you follow the rules with the wild animals, then you are safe. We had encounters and some folks are laughing at you when they see you wearing the bells. Tell that to the black female bear with cubs... the bells were quite effective. When I was searching for a place, I looked for places with wifi because I have a teenager. The place does not have a wifi and I think that should be removed from the details because it is misleading. Reception around the cabine is not great either so take that into account. Besides that, the place is nice, including the owners.

We felt as though effort was made to make our stay comfortable. The room with two queen beds and kitchenette was clean and had all the amenities to make our three day stay comfortable. The beds and pillows were cozy and bedding was, smelled fresh and clean. The decor was simple, functional and nice. Thank you Spruce Lodge, Karen and Chrissy, sisters from Ontario, Canada

We enjoyed the size of the room and convenience for accessing all the fishing spots. We would recommend to have on hand some paper towels and extra trash bags. The decor in the room was perfect, gave the place a real ‘home away from home’ feeling! We would definitely return next year! Thank you for the opportunity to stay!
