We arrived at 10:30 and our room was ready which was a great surprise considering it was so much earlier than check-in. We were surprised further with a lovely birthday card and chocolate in the room. The staff were brilliant - there was a great man on breakfast and I didn’t catch his name but he was so kind, friendly and really stood out throughout……
