"The area around the hotel is close to the famed night market, Seoul Cathedral, Hanok village, several historic sites, including the palaces. A Starbucks, bar, and Korean BBQ restaurant are all in the building, but there are numerous options within walking distance — so many wonderful coffee shops and Michelin restaurants. The hotel team was also very helpful and friendly."

"Overall it was great! I was a bit disappointed when we first arrived because the place was small and little walking space and the carpet inside the room is old. But the staff were just amazing and gave us great service. The sheets and bedding were so luxurious feeling which made up for some of the disappointment but overall the responsive as of housekeeping, the front staff, and security downstairs made up for it. It was also so nice to have a laundry machine there. It is a little bit of a walk to the main Myeongdong shopping but very doable. It’s also conveniently located by angelinus which has good cafe drinks and breads and also a 7 eleven. Overall we were happy. They accommodated us late check out also. "

"Very friendly, professional, and accomodating staff. I stayed in a single-bed room (as a solo traveler) for 5 nights. Worked for me as I was out exploring the area most of the time. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to parks and shopping malls. It's also about 15 minutes from Meongdong, which I didn't know upon booking the room. Meongdong is a fun touristy place to walk around and try street food. The single rooms in the hotel are quite compact, so if you are planning to travel with others and/or be inside for lengthy periods, perhaps opt for a larger space. Still, I was very comfortable--bed, bathroom, shower etc. all was well-kept and clean. I also paid for breakfast each morning at a very reasonable price. They offer buffet style with many options. I am vegetarian and was able to get my fill of eggs, fruit...and coffee. I will plan to stay here again when back in the area. Many thanks. "

"The limousine airport bus stops right in front of the hotel to and from Incheon Airport. You just have to cross the street. The front desk is friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. They have laundry service that you can use by paying with a credit card. After check out we were able to leave our luggage in the lockers without paying a fee, which was great! Highly recommend for its convenience to and from places around seoul! Will come again!"

"I have only positive things to say about this hotel, the staff was very polite and accommodating, the hotel was super clean and the rooms were nice overall. The only advice I would give people is to make sure you time when you want to use the laundry, it can get quite busy down there. Also, if you wanted to stay near Myeondong night market, this is not that close, you'll need to ride the bus or subway to get there. Overall, this hotel was awesome, it was convenient and easy to find. The lounge on the 18th floor and the terrace on the roof was very cool, and the hotel lobby was also super nice. Great hotel, highly recommended."

"Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Free bottled water in the room and water refilling stations available at the end of the hallway. Free Nespresso on the 3rd floor; just bring your cup from your room. Location was great as it was close to subway stations and tours meet in front of the hotel. It's also next to 7-eleven which is great for things you need when all other stores are closed. Multi-level Daiso is also just in front of the hotel. The Myeongdong night market is just behind the hotel so you know you won't go hungry at night. Twosome Place is also located at the ground floor of the hotel. It's a place where you can grab breakfast, snacks, bingsu, etc. Food choices along the street of where the hotel is located are vast. Also, the limousine airport bus stops just a few steps away from the hotel which was convenient for us since our flight out to Incheon was super early that Arex was not operational yet. Also, if you get to the hotel earlier than check-in time, they'll let you leave your luggage with them so you can start touring the area. I recommend this hotel hands down."

"Overall it was a good choice. The location was amazing in the sense that it was connected (underground) to Seoul Station making travel within the city a breeze. Some great restaurants and convenience stores were either nearby or at the base of the property. Room was nicer than expected… would definitely consider staying here again!"

"The hotel is amazing, and for the most part the staff were great. We stayed with a baby and requested a crib, but they said all they had was bed railings. But then on our last night we did get a crib so I guess they just didn’t have one available? Also they don’t allow any inflatables for babies in the pools. Food was great, the groceria was affordable and delicious. Buffet was very pricey which was a little surprising but the quality is there. Obviously the chefs table and Michelin star Chinese restaurant were the pricing you would expect. Overall we loved the hotel, and the view from the rooms was fantastic. Highly recommend."
