"One of the most helpful hotels we have ever stayed in. Really went out of their way for us on several occasions. Breakfast is fabulous. The hotel itself is clean and to a good European standard. Easy access to the tram that takes you into town and close enough to the airport, and they provide a free airport shuttle. "

"Overall we had a positive experience staying here. The reason for not giving 5 stars was one of cleaning staff stole $100 from our room. We had momentarily left our room and did not think that in the short time we were downstairs, that cleaning services would be performed. We still had our personal belongings out and money was on the table. When we returned, we found that a $100 bill was missing. Management investigated their staff but found that no one supposedly had the money. Other than that experience, staff were friendly. Some spoke English which was positive as well, as my French is very basic and limited."

For everything, ask at the desk, reservations are typical for most things, not the restaurant but the pool and spa and car rental: everything seems to be arranged at least a day in advance, and more because not everyone works the weekend, so make those arrangements far in advance."
