“Overall a pleasant stay, but the 5-star rating feels closer to a good 4-star. Positives: great breakfast, stunning location by the Mediterranean with island view, large pool area with slides and activities for kids. Staff from reception to housekeeping were very kind and attentive, though they often seemed tired – maybe due to long shifts. Areas to improve: sports facilities outdated, gym weights worn and unhygienic. Room clean but old, too small for 4 (sold as double), sofa bed uncomfortable,……

The pool is over chlorined, makes your skin rash and feel sick from breathing. There is moist at the pool where the pool water ends. There is no room service. You have to go fetch anything you need from the bar. The cleaning staff wakes you up with sounds each morning at 8. The place where you have open buffet is so hot, no air conditioning. All food……
