It was the most uncomfortable stay I have ever had it was hot I changed rooms for 3hrs to find a room that the ac or tv worked but eventually had to choose between the tv and air they didn’t care to accommodate for anything the room was gross and stink so bad it was just a bad experience overall and my family and I will never use this place again and I advise anyone else looking to stay somewhere to turn elsewhere oh and I didn’t mention the staff fraternizing with the guest this place should be shut down

I always stay where I visiting family in a neighboring city. It's in downtown Valdosta. Super quaint and convenient. The restoration is really nice. I like the antiquetious feel. You should give it a try. I do warn you that the property sits on a major highway. But it's a highway thru a small-town-downtown square.

This property was not in the condition as advertised. I knew it was a low budget property, however myself & 2 of my agent where arriving very late & departing very early. This property has some serious safety issues. @ least 5 of the doors had either locking issues or unlocking issues. The rooms are an attempt of a low budget , cheap renovation. The curtain on the window was a too small cheap curtain, with a cheaper curtain rod & no black out curtain. They carpet was filthy. No trash can in the room, I seen no smoke detectors. We had to make 4 or more trips around the building to try to get rooms safe enough to stay as we only had 4 hours to catch a few winks & get a quick shower & get back on the road. I do want to say the lady working was trying to accommodate us &?eas very nice. There was no way to contact her as we could never secure a phone number to the hotel & there was no telephoned in the rooms. One too had cockroaches & the other seemed to have pleas in the nasty carpet. There was no hot water to shower & when I tried to adjust the faucet it came off
